VCLT’s monthly board meeting is usually held on the first Tuesday of every month at one of the board member’s homes, but is irregular enough that you should contact the board  for verification of time and place. Meetings are open to all VCLT  members and to all  others with advance notice and approval. If you would like to attend and/or add an item to the agenda please contact the board  prior to the meeting, but members should also feel free to just show up. The agenda always includes a brief time for comments from non-board members at the beginning of the meeting.
